My Programmer's Keyboard is a modification of the standard US-International Keyboard from Microsoft that aims to solve the exisiting problems, while also allowing for more symbols to be easily typed.

The problem with the standard Windows International Keyboard is that it turns certain keys into dead keys for the addition of accents to letters. For example, the single-quote (') plus A keys results in an accented A (á). The key can be used as normal only when the right alt is held down.

Because programmers frequently need to use quotes and tildes, this keyboard inverts the system: The keyboard functions totally normally unless the right alt is held down. Then, it functions like an international keyboard, but with additional symbols.
